http://bit.ly/oiSQdM

George asks…

HEMORRHOIDS treatment? .?

I've noticed that when I'm using a mcream for a yeast infection, both toilets in my house stop flushing properly- it takes 2 and sometimes 3 flushes for the waste to go down, and that never happens at any other time! My septic system is about 25 years old, and I have an upstairs and a main floor bathroom. Can anyone explain this?

StopHemorrhoids answers:

If you,re using disposable wipes, and flushing them..... Stop. They do not break down. I don,t think a small amount of cream med is going to affect your toilet. I,ve had wiped plug my sewer line. The plumber said "Never flush them". Ever. He called wipes "job security." see a surgeon who specialized in hem' treatment. Why suffer?

Daniel asks…

Is there any natural way for hemorrhoids treatment?

I am suffering form hemorrhoids problem if some have natural treatment then please tell me...

StopHemorrhoids answers:

Exercise is helpful in relieving constipation and in decreasing pressure on the hemorrhoidal veins. Individuals should be encouraged to have a bowel movement as soon as possible after the urge arises. Once that urge passes, stools can become constipated and straining with a bowel movement may occur.

Lizzie asks…

Can cats get hemorrhoids? If so, what is the hemorrhoid treatment for cat?

I was wondering whether cats can get hemorrhoids. I noticed that my cat indulging in more than usual tail chasing, scooting, licking and biting near the anal area.

StopHemorrhoids answers:

It is extremely important that the moment you see your pet displaying hemorrhoid symptoms, you take it for hemorrhoid treatment. Cat hemorrhoids can be easily treated through a number of ways in most cases.
External cat hemorrhoids, though more painful, are generally easier to give hemorrhoid treatment than internal ones. All you need to do in such cases is apply topical ointments and creams to the affected area.

Maybe this will guide you....

Nancy asks…

What are the risks of infrared coagulation treatment for hemorrhoids?

How effective are they??? I am considering this treatment. Should I?

StopHemorrhoids answers:

The choice of treatment depends on the size of the hemorrhoid. The success of the treatment depends on a variety of factors, including which treatment is used and whether contributing factors (such as constipation) can be changed.

- Small internal hemorrhoids are often successfully treated with coagulation therapy. Large hemorrhoids are more likely to be treated with rubber band ligation.
- One large study comparing infrared photocoagulation therapy, rubber band ligation, and injection sclerotherapy showed that infrared photocoagulation caused fewer and less serious complications.

Your Questions About Good Credit Card Apr

http://bit.ly/n0p7Nc

Steven asks…

What would be a good credit card apr for me?

My credit score is a 705 if I remember correctly.

Credit-Repair-Guy answers:

Wow.. Nice score.. Anything withing 7 to-12max!!! Many apr's also vary with the bank.. You can usually get promotions.. If they offer any like 0% intro for 6months to 1 year.. But just check it out... Its good to have credit just carefulll how you use it

Mark asks…

What is a good APR on a credit card for someone who has a fair/good credit history?

I'm just curious. Nowadays it seems pretty difficult to find a credit card with less than 18% interest. I recently got a credit card with a 15.24% APR and I'm wondering if I should count myself lucky.

Credit-Repair-Guy answers:

The APR doesn't matter. All credit cards have ridiculous rates. They are not designed for long term borrowing. They should be used as a method of payment and paid off each month unless you have an emergency like your car breaks down. If you are carrying a balance on the card you are in financial trouble.

Maria asks…

What is a good credit card (low APR) for a young person to start building credit?

Curious. Young adult & I would like to start building my credit.

Credit-Repair-Guy answers:

Concentrate on paying off your whole CC balance every month, on time every time, and you wil not need to be concerned about APR. This is also the best way to build your credit at lowest cost to you.

Nancy asks…

What's a good credit card with low APR rates and no annual fee?

I'm trying to look for a credit card for emergencies and I didnt know what credit card to get. I want something with a really low APR and no annual fees, but the credit limit and stuff doesn't matter.

Any suggestions?

Credit-Repair-Guy answers:

I am doing some research in a new card too. I am looking at the Citi Premier Pass. It has no annual fee and 0% APR on balance transfers for up to 12 months. You can try Capital One Cards as well. Many have no annual fees and low interest. I have a Capital One right now and it's a pretty good card. I hope this helps. Http://www.creditfast.com

Richard asks…

What is a realistic and good APR on a credit card?

I have a credit card but forgot the APR I'm paying on it. I want to call up and tell the creditor that I received an offer for another card but I need to know a realistic APR yet a good one to throw in there. Maybe they'll give me a better APR. Any good ideas?

Thanks!

Credit-Repair-Guy answers:

I call and ask for lower rates, higher limites and reduced membership fees every 6 months and everytime I do, they say ok.

You must have a good payment history..

Read this page about credit cards: http://bit.ly/pjoYg5

If they wont reduce the apr, you can always transfer the balance to another that will........

Your Questions About Credit Rating Downgrade

http://bit.ly/n2l0Ge

Robert asks…

Since the sky is blue, how can you blame the Tea Party for the credit rating downgrade?

The sky is blue. That is a fact:

http://bit.ly/ru1Id9

So then why do all these Democrats, Republicans, and Independents think that the Tea Party is responsible for the credit rating downgrade?

Credit-Repair-Guy answers:

Members of the Tea Party and the Tea Party Caucus was basically saying bring on the default and bring on a down grade now they are saying all the consequences from their actions are Obama’s fault.

Laura asks…

How will the US credit rating downgrade affect the country and what can be done to improve our economy?

Who is to blame for this?

Credit-Repair-Guy answers:

The downgrade could raise interest rates which would affect US consumers. Having to pay more for a student, car, home, or any other kind of loan would be very bad for a already struggling economy.

The stock market could take a huge hit next week and people's 401k plans would be greatly affected.

On improving the economy, we need more jobs. However, with manufacturing going overseas and companies making record profits despite smaller staffs, it will be very tough to create new jobs. I always felt if people are working they can afford to buy homes, thus the housing market get's fixed.

William asks…

Who is more to blame for the US credit rating downgrade?

Obama? All of congress? Or perhaps, the Tea Party (some experts say they are the route of the delay in negotiating the debt deal).

I am hoping for some unbiased answers, but that is next to impossible to get when you are talking about politics. Therefore, I ask you to at least keep the drama out of your answer. Don't say crap like "Obama - he has ruined this country." Or "The government as a whole is a failure."

I would greatly appreciate people providing actual facts to back up their answer. Perhaps even a source to go along with those facts?

Credit-Repair-Guy answers:

How is the Tea Party to blame when they have been calling for spending cuts since the very beginning?

Democrats are to blame. Our debt went from 65% of GDP in 2009 to 95% of GDP in less than 3 years. No question about it. Obama did NOT inherit a $1.2 Trillion dollar deficit. He inherited a $500 billion dollar deficit. The $1.2 Trillion figure for 2009 was with the cost of TARP ($700 billion) added in. Obama and the democrats then went on to spend the added billions like it was their job.

Linda asks…

Why did the dems fight so hard to ensure a credit rating downgrade?

Cut, Cap and Balance was the answer, says Moody's and S&P...

Why did Obama threaten the veto and Reid "table" it?

Credit-Repair-Guy answers:

Because they hate this country.

Obama and Reid are to blame for this downgrade.

Michael asks…

Is it a sad day when your best hope for Dems to stop spending is for a US credit rating downgrade?

Passing Obamacare is proof Dems have no interest in cutting spending. We all know it will be fantastically expensive. Isn't it sad that we have to hope our investors lose confidence since Dems have no restraint?

Credit-Repair-Guy answers:

Our investors have lost interest, China let us know a little recently that the purse strings are closing.

Your Questions About Credit Tips

http://bit.ly/pV4E3T

Nancy asks…

How do credit card tips work for a server?

I am about to be a server at a resturant and they talked briefly about credit card tips, but not enough. When a customer gives you say 5 dollars tip on a credit card, how do you get that tip at the end of the night? Does the manager give it to you? Or does it go into your paycheck? Anyone know?

Credit-Repair-Guy answers:

Normally there would be a way for the restaurant to give you this amount in cash at the end of your shift, but you need to ask your supervisor for the exact procedure, because every place is different.

Maria asks…

Is it legal to charge servers for credit card tips?

Steak n shake is going to start charging their servers for their credit card tips by taking 2.5% of our tips that are left on credit cards to cover the charges that the company pays when customers pay with credit cards. It doesn't seem right or legal to me especially when customers are going to pay for their meals with a card tip or not. Does anyone know if it is legal? In a few days we will only be getting 97.5% of the tips that people leave us on credit.

Credit-Repair-Guy answers:

I am a server at Steak n Shake and I would have to disagree with the statement "people tend to tip more who use credit cards". In my experience it is usually the same or even a little less. This practice is illegal in California. I live in Missouri and I think it is legal here but regardless of that, I don't think it is right. We should be given the option to accept credit card tips or not, and if we ever told a guest that we prefer cash we would most certainly be reprimanded.

Richard asks…

What are your credit crunching tips when doing a loved one a xmas gift?

Lets hear your credit crunching tips for getting something for your loved ones..... I don't mind if you answer with silly ideas lol

Credit-Repair-Guy answers:

Trade $100 bills

Robert asks…

How do waitresses get paid their credit card tips?

For example, I left work tonight with just my cash tips. When I punched out, the computer stated that I had to claim $104 in credit card tips. If I am leaving with just my cash tips, I'm getting screwed because I'm having to pay taxes on $104 that I'm never going to see. You would think that the resturant would have to give me the $104 cc tips in cash...especially since I'm having to pay taxes on it. What's going on?

Credit-Repair-Guy answers:

1) Ask your manager when and how you will get your credit card tips.

2) If you do not get those tips immediately then keep track of how much you make in credit card tips. When you punch out the computer should print out a slip. If it doesn't or you are expected to turn that slip in to your manager then get a copy of it from your manager. Ask him or her to sign it.

If you work cash-in-hand (you carry $ with you to make change for your customers and keep the money they pay for their meals until you turn it in at the end of the night) then what you turn into your manager usually reflects your credit card tips and you actually already have those tips.

If this is the case and you lose money (drop it on the ground, give back a $50 bill instead of a $10, whatever) then any lost tips are, unfortunately, your responsibility.

Again, ask your manager to explain it all to you so that you are comfortable in your understanding of the process.

Different places use different systems. No one here can tell you what you need to know. Only your manager can.

Mary asks…

Can i press charges against my employer for withholding credit card tips?

Im a server, my employer pays my credit card tips in my paycheck. The business shut down and i was unable to collect my pay check and those employee's who did had bounced checks. I understand that my tips are not considered wages. those are mine solely! Can i press charges against my employer for stealing/withholding my tips?

Credit-Repair-Guy answers:

Yes and you can report that co to the IRS call a atty that handles employment law and go to the police dept and see what they can do for you....good luck bouncing cks are also against the law

Your Questions About Cheating Men

http://bit.ly/nMQGu5

Jenny asks…

Cheating Men?

Does anyone know any old proverbs/saying about cheating men?

RelationshipHelper answers:

What's the difference between a catfish and a man who cheats?

One is a bottom feeding scum sucker.
The other is a fish.

Richard asks…

CHEATING MEN?????!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!?

Do men change their cheating ways for other women? Or do you supposed to learn from the way that they treat the previous women in their lives, how they will treat you?

RelationshipHelper answers:

If they really found love, yes it can change them. If he really doesn't love you, then no.

Lizzie asks…

Cheating men?

why do men cheat? i recentally got a divorce. i did everything for this man. we got married on x-mas(he wanted), i had his baby(we wanted), i waited on him hand & foot,as soon as our son was born he named him and i haven't seen him since(4yrs.) i knew he was cheating before the baby was born but thought he would stay after the birth.we knew each other for over 20yrs & dated of &on. why? what did i do wrong or was it just him?

RelationshipHelper answers:

Men cheat because they're not happy. Sorry. Its not something that is wrong with you. Somethign was wrong with the relationship and he was too much of a coward to tell you. So, swivel him and get on with your life. Also, ask yourself, do you want someone who could turn his back on his son in your son's life? Good luck, honey. Don't beat yourself up. He's already done that for you.

Steven asks…

cheating men?

Why do men cheat especially thru the net??? What is the best way to catch them?

RelationshipHelper answers:

Read their bank statements and credit card statements. You'll catch them that way every time, but they have to be dumb enough to not notice that your intercepting their mail, or maybe you could go over them after they've open them themselves.

Michael asks…

Question for past or presently cheating men, why not do this?

I am trying to understand the rationale for men cheating. If you choose to be with another woman, why not just leave your wife/gf/SO instead of inflicting heartbreak and grief on her?

And if you say because you love her too much to leave her, then why cheat on her?

RelationshipHelper answers:

If he cheats its safe to say he doesn't really care if he hurts her or breaks her heart. I think he may not leave right away because he isn't yet sure of the other woman, and doesn't leave until he is completely sure the other woman is going to work out. When my ex cheated on me he didn't at first want a divorce, it wasn't until he knew it would work out with the other woman that he wanted a divorce. A man won't usually leave unless he is sure of the other woman and is sure its going to work out, all while telling the wife he loves her and that he doesn't want a divorce. But any man who loves a woman will not put her through the heartbreak and humiliation that happens when a man betrays you. He's making sure its going to work out before he takes the final leap from the nest.

Your Questions About Credit Scores Range

http://bit.ly/rnOO1W

Mandy asks…

I had a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy in 2001. My credit scores range from 550-624. How many points is a bankruptcy?

I have other negative marks on my credit reports, but I disputed most of them, and now it is just 2 or 3 on each on, no credit cards, just like unpaid doctor's bills and hollywood video. How much will my score go up when my bankruptcy goes off my record in 2011?

Credit-Repair-Guy answers:

If you had paid all of your bills since you filed bankruptcy your score would be much higher now. The reason why your score is so low is that you have three bad marks on your credit and no or few positive marks. What you need to do is to pay the doctor bill and the Hollywood video bill and then start rebuilding credit by either financing a car or get a credit card, but only charge gas or some other small expense on it and pay it off each month.

You need to prove to creditors that you have learned your less from filing bankruptcy, that you now know how to handle money and pay your bills. Then your credit score will slowly increase.

Nancy asks…

My credit scores has a range between 300 to 850. I'm confused as to what this means?

I was renting this apartment, and they did a credit background check. Two days later they called back and said I have been approved; I subsequently signed the lease with them. So apparently my credit was good enough.

Two weeks after that, I received a letter titled “Notice to loan applicant”. In the letter it listed the scores from all three major credit bureaus. But this is where it gets confusing to me. The scores listed under Equifax/Beacon are 300 – 850; for Experian’s Fair/Isaac score, its 360 – 840; and Trans Union/Empirica is 336 – 843.

First of all, I thought the FICO score is one number, rather than a range of numbers; secondly, the scores provided covers the extremes on both ends (from the worst to the best). What does this mean?

I have three credit cards, but use only two; and I always, I mean always pay my balance in full each month. I assume my credit scores are OK.

Can some help to explain why my scores cover the extremes?

Thanks much!

Credit-Repair-Guy answers:

A range is not possible for a credit score. You only have one number.
The total range of scores is between 300 and 850 so if you have a 300 you suck and if you have an 850 you're the best.

If you really want to know your score you can pay for a report from Fair Isac where they will tell you your score and how it is derived.

Helen asks…

My 3 credit scores range from 520-568 and I was wondering if I could possibly get a new auto loan w/30% down?

I have a very good income but my credit died when I was laid off a couple of years ago. Now that I have a good salary again, I am ready to buy a new car with 30% down. The vehicle is not expensive and that is why I have the down payment. I have recently paid off a couple of past collection accounts but I know there's more. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated and thank you in advance.

Credit-Repair-Guy answers:

It's going to work : http://bit.ly/

Linda asks…

im tring to buy a house but my credit scores range from 510 to 573?

BUT THE 573 ISNT MY MIDDLE SCORE WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Credit-Repair-Guy answers:

Ur either young or u got non paid bills on ur credit. So make sure everything is paid off. If it is, get u a visa credit card (NOT A STORE CARD) an put some small things on it and pay them off fairly quickly. In a year to 2 years ur credit score will be alot higher. Buying a house is a 20 to 30 year commitment. So take a year or two and build ur credit score, it will pay off greatly. Higher ur score, less intrest rate. Plus this will give u time to help build a really good down payment. Patients is the name of the game when financing.

Michael asks…

What kind of credit score range is needed to finance a car or truck? In the price range of $2-5 K?

What kind of credit score range is needed to finance a car or truck? In the price range of $2-5 K?
I filed Bankruptcy in 2007... Also, I just recently moved to a new state and started a new job and have been there only 5months. How much impact does that have on me? Should I wait longer to try for financing?
I think I've got a lot of strikes against me... Am I screwed on obtaining a descent vehicle?

Credit-Repair-Guy answers:

As long as your bankruptcy is discharged, it shouldn't affect you to any greater degree than a negative entry upon your credit report would. In today's climate, you will probably need a further 2-3 years before the effects of the bankruptcy upon your credit history begins to improve further to lenders.

With the credit markets having never been tighter, almost every type of customer is finding borrowing to be more difficult, and lenders are scrutinizing factors like income and length of employment more than they have ever done so before.

You may need to provide a larger down-payment (40-50%), but since used cars of that range don't typically rapidly depreciate further, that may satisfy the requirements of some financing companies that cater toward higher risk propositions provided you can demonstrate current employment and income that would allow you to comfortably make your payment.

The best person to speak with would be the "F&I" (finance and insurance) manager at a local car dealership. His ONLY job is to arrange insurance and financing for customers. He works with many financing sources and will have a good sense of whether or not you can obtain financing and, if so, what obtaining financing would require.

With respect to obtaining a "decent" vehicle, more people than every are looking toward used vehicles to economize, "cash for clunkers" literally destroyed 1/2 million vehicles that would have eventually found their way into the used car market. The unprecedented demand combined with a short supply has driven used car prices skyward. You can still probably find a practical and reliable used vehicle, but it may be older, with more miles, and perhaps a more modest model than you had first intended.

Whether it's worth waiting or not is entirely up to you. Being without a vehicle has costs of its own, and I don't know of many people who could pursue their livelihoods without one. That means, even if it's a bit of "highway robbery", having a car is almost always better than not having one. And even though it may prove to be a relatively very expensive proposition (with higher interest rates, etc.) you can at least use it as an opportunity to positively rebuild your credit, something that WILL have a significant impact upon improving your credit score.

Best of luck. I hope this helps.
